Free Shipping on orders over $50.00


Items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days. Delivery time may vary based on carrier. Orders that have been confirmed as delivered will not be refunded nor re-shipped.

 

Once your package has left my possession and is in the possession of the US Postal Service (or other carriers) I am no longer responsible for the item(s). If you have any questions or concerns, you should contact (800)275-8777 and have your tracking number ready. If you entered the wrong email at checkout you will not receive the tracking number, if you need your tracking number please email dollydeejewelry@gmail.com and we can get that information.

 

If your package arrives damaged please email dollydeejewelry@gmail.com  with pictures of the mailer box (if the damage was due to mishandling by the USPS) along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. If your package was insured you will need to send me photos of the damaged package and then turn it into the USPS to file a claim.
